At Clarity, Mind and Body Wellness, as part of our mission, we have created various workshops that will help you improve your mental wellbeing!

Whether that's building your confidence, managing your anxiety and stress, building resilience, managing your emotions, helping you create boundaries, improving your body image, helping you transform your relationship with yourself and exercise, or just overall improving your mental health!

MHEC-Fest!

MHEC-Fest! This is a yearly event, FREE to attend to all the community, anyone is welcome! Kids can come along as well! Educating and celebrating what exercise is all about, making it accessible to everyone, so everyone can feel the benefits that exercise has mentally!

Move, Manifest & Make!

Fed up of new years resolutions? Setting your goals for the new year, then by March, you've completely gone 'off track'?

Instead, how about starting the new year with INTENTION - getting some movement in, manifesting your vision and goals for the year ahead with some vision board making! Sounds like the perfect combination to me!

Movement: We'll guide you through some exercises (that anyone can take part in!)

Manifestation: What it is and how you can apply it to your life!

Make: Vision Boards! Together we'll be making vision boards to put your goals and dreams into reality!

All you need is to wear comfortable clothing for the movement, and bring any materials for the vision board making (magazines, pictures etc), a notebook if you wish to make notes and water / drink!
